Congratulations to the Marching band on their 3rd place
showing in IIIopen class at Herndon Band Competition on Saturday, Sept 24. Despite many rehearsals dampened from rain, and
only one outing on a real football field(with no lines), the band brought their A game, and made the best showing of
the season. We are proud of all of you.
Tag Day continues to see gains, as those "sorry we missed you"
envelopes continue to pile up in Mr. Burke's mail box at school. to date, we are at $15,000. YEA!!

(7th and Madison). Parade position number is 103A (out of 146 positions). 2:00pm – Parade begins. Parade
route is Constitution Avenue, from 7th to 17th street, from national Archives to west side of the ellipse. 3:00pm moment of silence.
All groups halt, cease playing, and bow heads from 3:00pm-3:02pm. Then full speed ahead. 4:00pm approximate end of parade.
