There will be two fund raising campaigns this year. A candy and wrapping
paper sale is scheduled for mid-September and a citrus sale is scheduled for mid-October (deliveries in December). Participation
is strongly encouraged, but not required. Symphonic and Concert Band members may obtain points toward their spring trip through
these fundraisers. A percentage of monies earned by the student is applied towards his/her individual student account, reducing
the cost of the spring trip. The band also uses the funds raised for a number of items, including guest artists, supplies,
trips, and the purchases of instruments, such as bass clarinets, baritones, and percussion instruments.
