ITINERARY

Hayfield Drumline

(1:15-3:00: Drumline Clinic at TJHSST)
If we are able, we will be meeting at Hayfield at 4:30pm to warm-up/run through music
5:45pm: Load the truck
6:30pm: Leave Hayfield
7:00pm: Arrive TJHSST
Equipment will likely moved to a hallway location and placed against the wall. Please make sure that walking room is available around the equipment. If time and weather permit, we may move some or all to warm-up in the parking lot.

8:20 pm: Go to warm-up room
8:56pm: On deck, ready to perform
9:05pm: Perform
9:15pm: Load truck, fold floor, Leave for Hayfield (watch other groups, eat) Some students in jazz band will need to leave immediately after the performance

10:15pm: Arrive at Hayfield Unload the truck

Students are advised to eat before hand and/or to bring food or money to buy food after the performance. There will be concessions available. Remember to bring: Uniform, instrument, food or money for food, a great attitude
