ITINERARY

Hayfield Drumline

Saturday, March 20, 2010

3:45pm:        Meet at Hayfield,  in band room

4:15pm:        Load the truck

5:00pm:         Leave Hayfield

6:00pm:         Arrive at CD HYLTON HS , unload truck

Equipment will likely moved to a hallway location and placed against the wall. Please make sure that walking room is available around the equipment. If time and weather permit, we may move some or all to warm-up in the parking lot.

6:51 pm:        Go to warm-up room

7:18pm:        On deck, ready to perform

7:27pm:        Perform

7:50 pm:       Load truck, fold floor, watch other groups, eat

9:35 pm:     Awards

10:10pm:      Leave for Hayfield

11:10pm:      Arrive at Hayfield, unload the truck

Destination:    CD Hylton High School , 14504 Spriggs Road, Woodebridge, VA 22193

Students are advised to eat before hand and/or to bring food or money to buy food after the performance. There will be concessions available.

Remember to bring: Uniform, instrument, food or money for food, a great attitude. All parents and volunteers will need to pay admission unless they win the drawing for our extra free tickets.
