ITINERARY

Hayfield Drumline

Saturday, April 5, 2008  (with an event possibly on April 6)

2:30pm:        Load the truck

3:15pm:         Leave Hayfield

4:00pm:         Arrive Potomac HS

Equipment will likely moved to a hallway location and placed against the wall. Please make sure that walking room is available around the equipment. If time and weather permit, we may move some or all to warm-up in the parking lot.

5:14 pm:           Go to warm-up room

5:41pm:            On deck, ready to perform

5:50pm:            Perform

6:00pm:    Load truck, fold floor, Leave for Hayfield (watch other groups, eat) Some students in jazz band will need to leave immediately after the performance

6:40pm:      Arrive at Hayfield,

7:00pm Unload the truck

Destination:    Potomac High School (NOT West Potomac HS!!!!)

Students are advised to eat before hand and/or to bring food or money to buy food after the performance. There will be concessions available. Remember to bring: Uniform, instrument, food or money for food, a great attitude

. All parents and volunteers will need to pay admission unless they win the drawing for our extra free tickets.

This is the Atlantic Indoor Association’s Championships. All percussion events will be held at Potomac HS while the Colorguard events are held at Hylton. Saturday, April 5 is the prelims competition and Sunday April 6 is the finals competition. We will go to the finals competition only if we are deemed eligible at prelims.
