Dear Parents and Friends,
The Hayfield Band Booster Organization is the parent support group for Hayfield’s band
program. To advance and encourage our band program, we need continued support from every band parent, as well as those who
appreciate instrumental music. An annual membership in the band boosters is $10 per person and $20
per family. A patron is a person designated with a contribution of $30 or more. Patron contributions give
us the extra funds to meet unforeseen expenses and accelerate our purchases of uniforms, music and instruments. Patrons are
gratefully acknowledged in each program.
The
first major fundraiser for the high school band program is Tag Day. On September 10 and 17, band students will canvass the
Hayfield Secondary community asking for tax deductible monetary donations. When a uniformed Hayfield band student knocks on
your door, please welcome them and make a generous donation.
The middle school band program will be selling specialty items in September. All bands will be taking fruit orders
in late October, delivering fresh Florida fruit the first week of December. For questions, please call the Hayfield Band office
