Trip dates will be April 18-22.

WEDNESDAY, APRIL 18

  8:00   PM      Motor coaches arrive at Hayfield Secondary School; begin loading

 THURSDAY, APRIL 19

Morning          Enjoy breakfast en route (student cost)

  9:00  AM       Arrive in Atlanta, GA at Centennial Olympic Park, the world’s gathering place

                        during the 1996 Centennial Olympic Games.  Located in the heart of downtown

                        Atlanta, the park features the popular Fountain of Rings

           AM       Explore the Park

10:00  AM       Walk over to the Georgia Aquarium

           AM       Enjoy your day at the Georgia Aquarium

The Georgia Aquarium opened on November 23, 2005 as the World’s Largest Aquarium.  With 8 million gallons of fresh and marine water, and more than 100,000 animals representing 500 species from around the globe, you’re sure to see things you’ve never seen before!

A first-of-its-kind production, was more than two years in the making. Some of the world’s most accomplished animal trainers were recruited. They have created an experience which motivates and inspires guests.

 5:30    PM      Enjoy a group dinner at the Hard Rock Café

7:00     PM      Load motor coach; depart for Atlanta Symphony Hall at Woodruff Arts

 8:00    PM      Enjoy a performance of the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra

10:30   PM      Load motor coaches; return to your hotel

FRIDAY, APRIL 20

 7:00    AM      Enjoy breakfast at your hotel

 8:00    AM      Depart for the Festivals of Music competition performance sight

            PM      Enjoy a boxed lunch delivered to the festival sight

  2:30   PM      Load motor coaches; depart for the CNN Center

  2:50   PM      Arrive at the CNN Center, the global headquarters of CNN and Turner

                        Broadcasting.  One of the most popular tourist destinations in Atlanta, it is also

                        home to Phillips Arena, Turner Studios, the Turner Store, the official Brave’s

                        Store and the CNN Studio Tours.

  3:10    PM      Experience the Inside the CNN Studio Tour, a 55-minute guided walking tour

                        offering guests a behind-the-scenes view of the studios of CNN and an exciting

                        glimpse at newsgathering and broadcasting in action.

Italian rosemary roasted chicken, house salad or Ceasar salad, baked cavatappi Alfredo and baked cavatappi marinara with fresh mozzarella, antipasto alla Caprese salad with fresh mozzarella, tomatoes and roasted peppers, garden vegetable medley, fresh baked rolls w/butter, and beverage  

Afterwards      You will be provided with a game-card to enjoy the variety of arcade games!

12:00   PM      Arrive and enjoy the rest of your day at Six Flags

You've found some of the fastest, tallest, wildest, gut-wrenchingest rides in the country-including a few record-breakers including Superman - face down fear-face first as you fly above Georgia at super speed—just like the man of steel. Or Experience the sensation of flying forwards and then backwards on Déjà Vu.
